How the program works:

  • Start where you are - we’ll figure out what’s holding you back and create a plan that works for you

  • Take one workout at a time - each workout will provide an appropriate challenge without burning you out from doing too much, too soon

  • Establish consistency - I’ll show you proven strategies to keep you consistent and provide additional accountability to keep you focused so you can get results

  • Power up your challenge - you’ll learn how to increase your challenge and fuel your workouts to get stronger

  • Stay the course - you will know exactly how to keep going after this program ends

  1. Strength workouts designed for women over 50 with options for dumbbell-only or gym-based routines 

  2. Instructional videos for all dumbbell exercises to ensure that you are doing them correctly and feel confident with your form

  3. Cardio component to support heart health and overall fitness

  4. Nutrition guidance to fuel your workouts and support recovery

  5. Weekly “Power Steps” Sessions - Join me each week for live 30-minute Zoom calls with actionable strategies and practical guidance on strength, cardio, or nutrition that you can use right away

  6. Ongoing support, accountability, and encouragement so you always know what to do and never feel like you’re doing this alone

  • The program is 12 weeks.

  • If you keep starting and stopping or you’re not seeing the results that you want to see, I want to spend enough time with you to make a difference.  Spending 12 weeks in coaching will also help you develop a routine that you can continue even after the program has ended.

    1. You will need access to a variety of dumbbells either at home or the gym.

    2. If you work out at the gym, you may choose the gym-based workouts which include dumbbells and machines.

    3. You will complete cardio of your choice - walking, dancing, hiking, cardio machines, etc.

  • It could be. This program is specifically written for women who have had some experience with strength training.

  • This program is specifically for women who have had some experience with strength training. If you have not worked out in years, this could be a bit challenging but each person is different. Feel free to reach out and chat with me about it.

  • The program is 12 weeks long. There are 2 strength workouts to complete and 2 cardio workouts each week for the first 6 weeks. Each workout will take you about 45 minutes to complete and your cardio will take 20-30 minutes. During the last 6 weeks, there is an optional 3rd workout.

  • Each person will have to determine how much they are willing to invest to finally establish consistency, get stronger, and see the progress they’ve been looking for.  

    • This program provides a personalized experience for 12 weeks.

    • You will join me each week for group Zoom calls where I give you actionable steps that you can use immediately. 

    • You will receive 12 weeks of workouts designed for women over 50 with options for dumbbell-only or gym-based routines.

    • Nutrition coaching is included to help you break through all the noise and fads.

    • Ongoing support and accountability from me means that you can ask questions whenever you have them.

Meet Your Trainer

Hi. I’m Traci - a retired public school educator turned certified personal trainer and online fitness and strength coach for women over 50.

S.T.E.P.S to a Stronger You was specifically created for the woman over 50 who has been working out, but for one reason or another isn’t experiencing the results that she wants.

It could be that she can’t stay consistent. Maybe she isn’t challenging herself. Perhaps she’s relying on fads or quick fixes. It’s possible she needs an effective program that helps build on her strength. Or, what if she just needs someone in her corner to cheer her own? That’s where S.T.E.P.S to a Stronger You comes in.

This program focuses on strength, cardio, and nutrition for women over 50 and provides ongoing weekly support through the Power Steps Sessions. This means that at the end of 12 weeks, you will experience the progress and results you’re looking for.

As a woman over 50 myself, with a Women’s Coaching Specialist Certification and a Menopause Coaching Specialist Certification, I know and understand the experiences that affect our fitness and the decisions we make about our fitness.
