Hi. I’m Traci - a retired public school educator turned certified personal trainer and online fitness and strength coach for women over 50.
I created Fitness With Traci to help women over 50 reach their strength and fitness goals and help them understand that they are not too old, too out of shape, or too busy to start their fitness journeys and become stronger and more fit versions of themselves.
Spring Sculpt: 10 Weeks to a Stronger You is a DIY strength training program created for the intermediate exerciser, but it can be accessed by those at the beginning of their journey, as well as advanced lifters. Because it is DIY, it does not come with online coaching from Fitness With Traci. However, this program has everything you need to get stronger. When you follow and complete it, you will be stronger at the end of 10 weeks.
