“Fall Fitness Formula” is a do-it-yourself (DIY) 10-week strength training program. Fall Fitness Formula is an intermediate level program, however it can be accessed by those at the beginning of their journey, as well as advanced lifters.

Fall Fitness Formula is for you if:

  • The program is 10 weeks long. It consists of two training blocks of five weeks. Each training block is composed of a 3-day routine for the five weeks. The workouts are written in a 3-day split: lower body/upper body/full body.

Hi. I’m Traci - a retired public school educator turned certified personal trainer and online fitness and strength coach for women over 50.

I created Fitness With Traci to help women over 50 reach their strength and fitness goals and help them understand that they are not too old, too out of shape, or too busy to start their fitness journeys and become stronger and more fit versions of themselves.

Fall Fitness Formula is a DIY strength training program created for the intermediate exerciser, but can be accessed by those at the beginning of their journey, as well as advanced lifters. Because it is DIY, it does not come with online coaching from Fitness With Traci. However, you will be invited to join a private Facebook Group with other women over 50 who are completing this program or other programs created by Fitness With Traci. You will get stronger when you complete this 10-week program.
