It is important for women over 50 to be active and strong. As we age, we tend to become more sedentary, lose muscle mass, and have a decrease in bone density which can lead to osteoporosis and a loss of strength. If women over 50 are active and strength train regularly, they will be stronger, everyday activities will become easier, they will have more energy, they will gain confidence, and they will see changes in their body. Women will feel better and achieve their fitness goals. This is where one-on-one coaching comes in.

F3 Zone provides the programming and nutrition guidelines that will help you see progress toward reaching your goals. While you don’t need to be perfect, you do need to be consistent and follow the program. This means that you will need to take action and make some changes.

You will need 30-40 minutes, 3X/week for your strength workouts programmed in F3 Zone.

No, it’s not too late. Strength training can be adapted for all levels. Now is an awesome time to start.

Your strength training program is created with you in mind. With that said, to get started, you should have resistance bands of various strengths. a pair or two of dumbbells or kettlebells will also be helpful. Your program can a also be created for you if you have access to a gym.

You do not have to give up your favorite foods. You will probably need to make some adjustments as to how much and how often you eat some of your favorite foods. The key is to add more nutrient dense foods that you enjoy to your diet. F3 Zone helps you learn how to make those decisions.

I’m a retired public school teacher and principal turned ACE certified personal trainer and online fitness coach for women over 50.
I created Fitness With Traci to help women over 50 reach their strength and fitness goals and help them understand that they are not too old, too out of shape, or too busy to start their fitness journeys and become stronger, more active, and more fit versions of themselves.
